enCORE is firmly rooted in evidence-based instructional practices that have been proven to be effective for students with moderate to severe disabilities in formal research studies.Throughout all grade bands and content areas, enCORE delivers systematic, explicit instruction, which is implemented through the gradual release of responsibility framework. (Also known as I Do, We Do, You Do.)Additionally, the entire ELA domain is aligned with the key tenets of the Science of Reading. In reviewing the article "The Impact of Educational Supervision and Implementation on Enhancing Teacher Quality," I noted the use of both qualitative descriptive and quasi-experimental methods. Despite the appropriateness of these methodologies, the study's main limitation is the small sample size of only two teachers, making the results difficult to generalize. For further insights, please refer to the detailed conclusions in the attached file.
