How long does it take to get a response from Square Enix support? ›

Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center. This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received and will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt.

Please see the common reasons below that could trigger a login restriction on the account: - Logging into the game, the Square Enix Account Management System or the Mog Station using a different device. - Using a different IP address than the previous. - An extended period of time has passed since your last login.

Email Support requests are available 24 hour a day / 7 days a week. Please note that while you may submit a request at any time, email is responded to during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 Pacific Time, excluding holidays).

After the deletion is processed, residual data about your Square Enix Members account will be kept for 30 days, after which it is fully deleted from our database and we will not be able to restore the account.

If you cannot find your confirmation email in any of your folders 30 minutes after placing your order, please check the Orders section of the Square Enix Members account you used to place the order.

Square Enix has temporarily halted sales of Final Fantasy XIV's Starter and Complete editions, in an attempt to ease the server congestion that's been plaguing the game since the release of its Endwalker expansion.

SE doesn't delete the accounts afaik, however, if you canceled your service account instead of stopping automatic payments, that may be why you can no longer log in, as that does delete the account.

Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge multiple Square Enix Store accounts into a single account. If you have made purchases on several separate Store accounts, you will only be able to keep the purchase history of one of these accounts after merging your Square Enix Members account.

If password entry fails multiple times on FFXIV (Final Fantasy XIV), the account will be temporarily locked. The lockout period for incorrect password attempts is 30 minutes. This measure is in place to protect user accounts from unauthorized access attempts and to ensure account security.

From my experience, Steam support takes about 1-3 days to get back to you. Though, if it's around big sales or the holidays, brace yourself for a longer wait. Had an issue with a game last month, and Steam got back to me within 24 hours. Their support was surprisingly quick and helpful!

The Square Enix Store does not charge immediately for pre-orders. Payment is collected closer to the release of the title.
