Instructions

  1. Place the water, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a saucepan.

  2. Bring the water to boil then simmer for 5 minutes until very fragrant.

  3. Spoon the apple cider vinegar into a mug.

  4. Strain the liquid from the saucepan into the mug.

  5. Sweeten with liquid stevia to taste and enjoy immediately.
