So after receiving my @Xfinity bill this week. I realized I’ve been paying double what I should’ve been paying for my service just for extra data throughout the month. So I added the unlimited data to my plan which also comes with higher speeds. Hopefully it ups my gaming also😅

My @Xfinity bill jumped by more than $20 last month, pegged to the end of one of their ridiculous and arbitrary discount contracts. Now I pay more for the exact same service, with a lower discount. I guess I'm going to have to go the retention route again. I hate this.

Every once in a while I gotta put on my stern voice with my parents and ask why they keep changing the xfinity password without writing the new one down. How i'm supposed to mooch off your cable if you gatekeeping???

@katiethurston @Xfinity I feel like they have some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Just get someone on the phone or live chat and you can get what you want

apparently the tools i used and logs i provided to comcast were better than anything they had access to, and because of what i sent to them they were able to fix the problem. i literally just got the internet fixed in around TWENTY neighborhoods (assuming nothing else goes wrong)
